BY INSTALLING OR USING MOVIMATE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

1. License Grant

Movimate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties.

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the App.

• Copy or reproduce any part of the App except as expressly permitted.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including all intellectual property rights) remain with Movimate and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any part of the App to you.

4. Privacy & Data Collection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices.

5. Updates & Modifications

Movimate may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the App. We are not obligated to provide support or updates, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Movimate may terminate your access to the App at any time if you fail to comply with these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MOVIMATE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVIMATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to this Agreement
